These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Friend Check mobile application (“Friend Check”, “the App”), developed and operated by Ippon. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these terms.
Use of the App
Friend Check is a personal tool that reminds you to keep in touch with the people you care about. You are responsible for the information you enter about the people you add and for using it in line with their reasonable expectations of privacy.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Premium Subscriptions
Friend Check is free to use with up to 5 people. Friend Check Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks unlimited people and custom frequencies. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access other users’ data, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Availability
Friend Check is provided “as is”. We aim to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Reminders depend on your device’s notification settings.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
